I received my Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree from the University of Ottawa in the field of Kinesiology in 2005. After volunteering for various health care entities, being an avid sports enthusiast and a competitive athlete I realized the importance of a well-balanced body and quickly became interested in how to rehabilitate the unhealthy body. I knew that i wanted to pursue a career in assisting others to find this balance and decided that the field of Chiropractic was the best choice. The health care profession has always intrigued me; however, my personal love for the outdoors and nature influenced my decision by inspiring me to embrace holistic wellness. The philosophy and whole body approach to healing that Chiropractic offers made this profession a perfect fit for me. I am a firm believer that a healthy lifestyle and regular chiropractic care can improve the quality of life for everyone.
I am a graduate from New York Chiropractic College in Seneca Falls, NY. As a student intern I had the privilege of working with orthopaedic surgeons, physical therapists, acupuncturists, massage therapists, medical doctors and multiple chiropractors at Buffalo Sport and Spine. This experience demonstrated to me that it is very important to work with our health care colleagues in order to offer our patients the best possible care. Furthermore, my time spent in the clinical phase of my degree allowed me to get well acquainted with diverse populations and varied conditions and diseases that our population is so often faced with. In my 5 year practice here in my home city of Kingston i have worked hard to promote the chiropratic lifestyle to a plethora of different populations. My passion to help the community understand the benefits offered by this very diverse profession has been very fufilling and rewarding. Your visit with me is never rushed nor devalued, you can expect whatever therapy deemed best for your current presentation of symptoms.
